Appearing to counter the forces of gravity, Thought of Train of Thought—suspended high above the Grand Terrace of St Pancras International—toys with material perception, refection and movement. Achieving a fluidity of continuous form, the 18-meter twisted blade of polished aluminium slowly rotates: a journey mirroring the rhythm of passing trains. Minimal and monolithic, this ever-shifting work transforms light and space—transporting viewers to moments of beauty and clarity—in one of London’s busiest transit hubs.
