This is the 2nd phase building of the ToHa Complex, a 77-storey tower which will connect to the roof terrace of ToHa 1 via a dramatic sky-bridge some 100m above street level. The building will benefit from architectural sculpting of its façade to create an iconic silhouette in Tel-Aviv’s dynamic skyline. The design aims to maximise daylight penetration into the deeper floors with minimal solar thermal gain, using innovative façade systems. Its large office floors provide generous accommodation over 30,000sqf GFA per typical floor, built around an efficient central core, arranged over 6 VT accommodation zones, and will be served by 2 sky-lobbies. Access to the tower is provided via a generous, 20m-tall entrance lobby, welcoming visitors and employees from the densely planted landscaped public space outside. The project is currently under construction and due for completion in October 2026.
